PopcornPopcorn was actually rescued by a Mitchell Mill client and brought to Dr. Covington because she was very sick. She had a severe upper respiratory infection, an infection in her right eye and an abnormal left eye. Dr. Covington treated the upper respiratory and finally decided to remove the right eye because it had ruptured and was very painful for Popcorn. Dr. Covington took Popcorn home to continue her recovery after taking her eye out and of course she never brought her back. Today Popcorn goes in and out of the cat door like all of the rest of the cats in the household and makes her way outdoors without many problems. She plays with flies and leaves and lives a fairly normal life, even though she is very visually challenged.
